Working in groups up to 12, the teams will have to work together to complete the exhilarating high ropes activities creating trust, self and collective reliance and confidence. A series of problem-solving practical leadership tasks will challenge your managers as the group plans and executes its solution to locate and retrieve a hidden prize. Trees, swamps and open water add to the fun. Get it right and everyone stays dry. Fail to gel as a team and people start to get muddy and wet! Either way, a memorable day.

Adventure Quest was originally set up to provide teambuilding and leadership skills to schools but we soon realised the programmes are just as relevant to companies. We've adjusted the programmes to suit the corporate world and we use team leaders who have experience of working with professionals to facilitate a more advanced level of skills development. The basic activities remain the same - have a look at the other website pages - but the way the courses are delivered is totally oriented to an adult context. We can also work with you to prepare bespoke programme materials.
Adventure Quest is a perfect solution for tougher economic times and will even make the FD smile! There are no frills like you’ll find at some 'corporate training centres' but the outcomes are similar, if not better. We assume your team will make it's own way to the site and the only 'extra' is a packed lunch if you'd like us to organise that for you.
