Join our office team

We are an energetic and vibrant team committed to the great work we do day in, day out for young people. Watching pupils arrive as individuals or divided groups and transform into functional teams, even in the space of a day, is massively rewarding.

As a part of the World Challenge Group, which is owned by Tui Travel (the World’s largest travel company), we get the best of both worlds. We can be a small, friendly and nimble team but have the benefits of a large school trip specialist organisation behind us and a much, much larger travel specialist company behind them.  This provides great support, security and benefits combined with the excitement of being part of a thriving small business.

We’re always looking to expand our vast team of freelance and seasonal leaders to deliver the activities at our Adventure Quest sites and occasionally have opportunities to join our office team.
