We are an energetic and vibrant team committed to the great work we do day in, day out for young people. Watching pupils arrive as individuals or divided groups and transform into functional teams, even in the space of a day, is massively rewarding.

Requirements - Candidates should have a keen interest in working with young people in an outdoor environment. Attend a comprehensive training and assessment course in Buxton, Derbyshire and at the site nearest to them before the placement starts.
- All successful candidates will be offered a National Governing Body training course at the end of the summer season
- All candidates will be given first aid training
- On site training and mentoring from qualified and experienced outdoor instructors
- Continuing opportunities - ranging from UK freelancing to leading or assisting on expeditions overseas
The training and selection course dates are to be confirmed.
